ELIGIBILITY
The Season Dreams Video Contest (the "Contest") is open to anyone who is at least 13 years old as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
TIMING
Entry into the Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/25/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/25/09. The Contest consists of three (3) phases as follows:

You may enter the Season Dreams Video Contest at http://seasondreams.com/contest. Participation in this Contest is subject to, and all entrants must comply with, all policies,
terms and conditions set forth in the Official Contest Rules.

PRIZES
1st Prize: $1,000 cash
2ndPrize: Any Christmas tree on the seasondreams.com website up to $500 in value
3rdPrize: Any Christmas tree on the seasondreams.com website up to $250 in value
JUDGING CRITERIA
- 33% - The decoration of your tree
- 33% - The entertainment value of your video
- 33% - How many people voted for your video
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The video submission must not exceed 30 seconds in length
- The video must include the words "SeasonDreams.com - Artificial Christmas Trees Unleashed" in the title.
- If we find your video distasteful to our brand or not abiding to the above suggestions and requirements, we reserve the right to not allow your video to be posted.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
- The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement
- The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks, or logos, other than the Season Dreams logo, which entrant has a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading a Submission in this Contest;
- The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
- The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
- The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
- The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
WINNERS LIST
The names of the winners will be posted on the SeasonDreams.com website within 10 days after the promotional period ends.
GENERAL
Taxes on prize are solely the responsibility of winner. Limit one prize per person/family/household/e-mail address.
