The cartons with your tree are carefully inspected before shipping from our warehouse; however, please inspect them yourself upon arrival. If the cartons or contents have received any damage, please contact Season Dreams Customer Service.
If your order is incorrect or has missing parts, please email or call us immediately. We will send you the correct item or missing parts at no cost to you.

Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may EXCHANGE the item within 7 business days.
The item must be returned in an unused and resalable condition and sent back in its original carton.
We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your order for one worth at least 50% of the original product's value. (Applies for ground shipping within the continental United States.)
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt to receive a refund. On returns, shipping costs must be paid by the sender. To avoid a re-stocking fee, please follow the process below:
- Email or call Customer Service for a return authorization. The order # can be found in the confirmation email or on the packing slip.
- Include our order number.
- Include a brief explanation of why you are returning the product.
- We will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours to confirm the return.
- Pack the product in the original shipping carton. Do not write on the carton.
- Within 14 days of receipt of the product at our warehouse, you will receive a refund on your credit card. The refund amount is the original purchase amount, minus shipping costs from your location to Season Dreams.
Note: If this process is not followed, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee plus the shipping costs from your location to Season Dreams. All returns will be inspected before credit is given.
Returns After Christmas
Orders placed prior to Christmas cannot be returned or exchanged after Christmas.
