Tree, parts and stands are guaranteed for 5 years.
Lights are guaranteed for 2 years.
We will extend a five-year warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in materials or workmanship on trees and a two-year warranty on lights. We reserve the right to repair, replace or credit all defective parts of the product. We will pay the shipping cost on any defective items. This limited warranty is valid only in the United States.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or negligence.
- Cut or damaged wire insulation
- Modified lights, strings, plug or fuse elements
- Trees not stored in proper environment
- Copy of the original sales receipt or credit card receipt must be included
- Item number must be included (Item number can be found on the email confirmation or the packing slip)
- Season Dreams will pay the shipping costs on defective items
